- <p> Knock, knock. Who's there? The Church Lady? The President
- of the U.S.? Both? Then it must be Saturday Night Live's elfin
- Dana Carvey, who debuted as a film star last week in
- Opportunity Knocks. "It's terrible, I know," says Carvey, 35,
- who claims the script was "supposed to be rewritten." One
- highlight is his deft imitation of George Bush, whom the comic
- calls a "combination of Mr. Rogers and John Wayne." In his next
- film, Carvey plays a white youth raised by Japanese ninjas.
- Opportunity kicks.
